Job description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant on a project basis for a top ten global accounting firm. This role is fully remote and expected to conclude in 6 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise on 401(k) retirement plans, explaining rules, contribution strategies, and distribution options.
  • Analyze account data and resolve concerns regarding plan eligibility, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Prepare and execute mail merge documents for participant notices, plan communications, and client deliverables.
  • Utilize Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to organize, reconcile, and analyze participant and plan-level data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 
  • 2+ years of relevant retirement plan account administration experience
  • Experience with 401(k) plans
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
