How you can help shape the future

Lead all the marketing activities in DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) by guiding and supporting activation teams, driving successful market execution and customer value creation as well as developing and co-ordinating marketing programmes for Commercial vehicle customers across key European markets.  development and coordination of innovative lubricant offers for Commercial Vehicle customers across key European markets . In this role, you will also guide and support activation teams throughout the DACH region, driving successful market execution and customer value creation.

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

Offer Development Across Europe

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial lubricant offers for CV customers across European markets.
  • Own the annual pricing and sales promotion (ASP) planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives for market share, volume, and profitability.
  • Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer trends to continuously optimize offer strategies and maximize commercial impact.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that support sustainable growth.

Lead and Inspire Country Activation Teams

  • Guide and empower Country Activation Specialists across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to deliver impactful market activation plans.
  • Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into effective go-to-market initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Offer Development, Product Management, and Brand & Communications teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner to regional Sales Managers, supporting the achievement of ambitious growth objectives.
  • Ensure the safe and compliant delivery of contractor-related activities, applying relevant governance and contractor management processes.

Strategic Decision-Making and Business Impact

  • Take ownership of key commercial decisions regarding centrally managed customer offers across European markets.
  • Shape and influence the annual ASP strategy and investment plan.
  • Contribute to the development and approval of offer portfolios for additional customer segments where relevant to the DACH region.
  • Drive activation priorities and make critical decisions on marketing activation plans to accelerate market success across DACH.

Your qualification profile - profound and passionate

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • More than 10 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Experience in customer and channel management. Solid experience in cross-functional project management as well as in collaborating within complex, multi-layered organizational structures.
  • Successful implementation of marketing programs, as well as experience in managing programs and offers.
  • Product and service knowledge
  • Brand management
  • Customer segmentation & channel management, account strategy & planning
  • Customer relationship management, distributor management
  • Understanding of customer profitability & value chains, measurement and demonstration of customer value
  • Sound understanding of contracts & contract management, as well as contract closing
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills (C1)
