In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes.

Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job:

Prepare and complete standard reporting working with Compleo controlling department and delivers presentation and communication of those to key stakeholders. This role equally prepares analysis on Balance sheet and profit and loss statement and from the sales figures.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

  • Build, visualize and deploy new Business reports & requests on time
  • Prepare data and reports on the financial situation and analyse and prepare main deviations (e.g. versus Budget / Forecast / Actuals)
  • Monthly and Annual financial statements: Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in coordination with accounting
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: creating forecasts, budget plans and profitability analyses
  • Interface function: Close collaboration with HF@KBS
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, summaries with meaningful messages / insight
  • Responsible for ensuring that reports are created on time and with high quality
  • Adapt new reporting requirements and changes for standard reporting

Qualifications

Experiences and requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance or business
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling Area
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Financial reporting experience delivered in an SSC environment
  • Good understanding of results analysis concepts and configuration
  • Strong team player who can build and motivate a process team
  • Solid Excel functions experience
  • SAP FI and CO module
  • Experience in SAP
  • Fluent English
