Role Description

At AutoAlert Driven by PureCars, the Field Trainer provides training and consulting services virtually and, when warranted, in person, for single and multi-rooftop dealer groups for short- and long-term periods.  During this time, the Field Trainer ensures full product and platform understanding and engagement at the dealership and will help dealership teams understand how to leverage the AutoAlert Driven by PureCars platform to best meet their business goals.  Field Trainers engage in their delivery of high-impact, relevant material as outlined by the customer and/or other client-facing teams within the AutoAlert Driven by PureCars organization.  Some short and long-term travel may be required.  This individual is responsible for maintaining an expert level of product comprehension for both new and existing AutoAlert Driven by PureCars product offerings, system enhancements, and training materials.  An excellent Field trainer will exhibit a passion for high-level customer satisfaction, dealership needs analysis, and problem solving to smoothly drive continued dealership engagement with the AutoAlert Driven by PureCars platform.

Essential Functions of the Position

        Demonstrate fluency in English and French spoken and written communications

        Effectively present the AutoAlert Driven by PureCars Suite of software solutions in a clear, concise manner, demonstrating functionality of the system and answering dealership questions during trainings 

        Communicate the value of the AutoAlert Driven by PureCars platforms

        Drive utilization and advanced usage through best-practice and designed processes to maximize client return in a way that supports AutoAlert Driven by PureCars's philosophy and definition of a successful dealership

        Maintain a clear and current understanding of automotive trends that could influence dealership participation and add additional value

        Consult with other internal departments to develop and promote ongoing product engagement and usage based on customer business goals

        Clearly construct and communicate training-related documentation according to communicated guidelines and expectations within the required timeframe

        Schedule travel in accordance with department practices and AutoAlert Driven by PureCars company guidelines and policies

        Coordinate efforts across departmental structures, within a designated team to consult on risk, success, and execution opportunities

        Coordinate resolution of issues across multiple departments

        Complete and submit all training-related documentation according to communicated guidelines and expectations with the required timeframe

Your Experience and Impact

        Bachelor’s degree preferred

        Automotive CRM training background required

        Automotive Desking experience preferred

        Experience with Salesforce preferred

        Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment

        Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains trainee retention

        Ability to take complex and intertwined software platforms and break down to digestible and easy to understand segments for end-user retention

        Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results

        Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

        Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

        Hold a valid Passport and Driver’s license

        Have the ability to rent a car when traveling

        Must meet all background screening requirements for travel throughout US and Canada 

        This position may require up to 95% travel

Supervisor Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisor responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
