Position Overview:
*This position is contingent upon contract award*
The Business Analyst supports the full scope of the CMS Drug Data Processing System (DDPS) and Payment Reconciliation System (PRS) (DDPS/PRS) business analysis including requirements elicitation, legislative and policy impact analysis, Joint Application Design (JAD) facilitation, and stakeholder coordination. This individual translates Medicare Part D legislative changes, CMS sub-regulatory guidance, and business requirements into actionable development backlogs and system specifications, and maintains key program documentation including the CMS Participant Guide and Computer-Based Training modules.
This is a remote position; however, Cognitive hires only in the following designated U.S. states based on contract and business requirements: VA, DC, MD, TN, FL, AZ, CO, OR, and TX.
