    Residential HVAC Installer

    Location: Louisville, KY
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime as Needed

    As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can confidently install residential heating and cooling systems.

    A valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants without a current KY Journeyman license will not be considered.

    What You'll Do

    • Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components

    • Complete equipment replacements and new system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

    • Install and modify ductwork, refrigerant piping, drain lines, electrical connections, thermostats, and controls

    • Start up and test newly installed equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation

    • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

    • Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about their new equipment

    • Complete required documentation for each installation

    • Work independently and alongside other installers as needed

    What We're Looking For

    • Current Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License – REQUIRED

    • EPA Certification – REQUIRED

    • Valid driver's license – REQUIRED

    • Previous residential HVAC installation experience

    • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codes

    • Ability to read installation instructions, diagrams, and specifications

    • Ability to troubleshoot installation and start-up issues

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    • Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work

    • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in customers' homes
