About the Role

We're looking for a GIS Solutions Consultant to deliver live geospatial solutions directly to our clients. In this client-facing role, you'll administer enterprise GIS databases, build and automate geoprocessing workflows, and translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, teaching, and solving real-world problems with Esri technology.

What You'll Do

• Serve in a client services capacity, providing live geospatial solutions and support to clients
• Clearly translate and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience administering Esri Enterprise Databases, including key concepts:
  • Versioning (Traditional and Branch)
  • Views
  • Replicas
  • Reconcile/Post
  • Compress
• Experience with SQL Server, including:
  • Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio
  • SQL Server Agent
  • Automation
• Extensive geoprocessing knowledge
• Scripting experience with Python, Arcpy, and JavaScript
• Extensive knowledge of ArcGIS Pro
• Experience with ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise licensing and administration
• Experience supporting local government GIS utilization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Attribute Rules and Arcade within ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS Enterprise/ArcGIS Server experience, including Map and Feature Services
• Customizing and developing ArcGIS Pro add-ins
• Knowledge of Next Generation 911 (NG911)
• Experience working remotely
• Esri certifications (e.g., ArcGIS Pro Professional, ArcGIS Pro Associate)
