Job description

Integration Architect  

About the Role 

As an Integration Architect, you'll design and build the connections between NetSuite and the rest of a client's business ecosystem: CRMs, ecommerce platforms, manufacturing systems, advance financial systems, POS, data warehouses,trading partners and others. 

As part of the integration practice at Bring IT you'll work direclty with our clients to leverage iPaaS capabilities (integration platform as a service) to design integration flows that drive automation, remove manual work, maintan data syncronization and scale to support business requirement. 

No two projects look alike; one day  you might connect NetSuite to Salesforce, the next you're wiring Shopify into an ERP, standing up B2B connectivity with a client's trading partners, or feeding a cloud data warehouse. Some engagements bring third party partners to the table, so you'll be comfortable working with external partners. 

This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll be the authority on integration design. 

What You'll Do 

  • Drive integrations delivery across every project phase: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deploymentPartner with client and crossfunctional teams to define integration requirements and set realistic scope. 
  • Analyze complex business requirements and map client processes to NetSuite capabilities 
  • Write clear solution design and technical design documents that a developer can build from and an auditor can follow. 
  • Collaborate with our in-house development team to design and deliver custom solutions. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and sustain existing integrations, including EDI and service-oriented architectures. 
  • Find ways to scale what works: reusable patterns, templates, and best practices across projects and industry specific solutions. 
  • Support presales workscoping, estimating, and technical discovery on new opportunities. 
  • Participate in our continous improvement initiatives within the deparment or the company.  

What You'll Bring 

  • 5 years designing and delivering integrations for ERP or enterprise applications, ideally in a consulting or professional services setting. 
  • Hands on experience with at least one iPaaS platform: Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogicWorkato, or Oracle Integration Cloud. 
  • Strong working knowledge of API based integration (REST, SOAP) and common integration patterns like EDI.  
  • A business analyst or solution management background. 
  • Experience guiding developers to a solution and holding a bar on code quality and leading practices. 
  • The ability to deliver in a fast paced environment across multiple projects at once. 
  • Broad familiarity with enterprise applications and how they interact together. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to lead client conversations on scope, approach, design, and implementation consideration. 
  • Curiosity and speed at picking up new platforms, tools, and business models. 

Nice to Have 

  • NetSuite implementation experience. 
  • Project management experience. 
  • E-commerce integration experience (Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.). 
  • Experience with ETL tools and data warehouse projects. 
  • SQL and database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). 
  • Cloud application expertise across Salesforce, Google, or similar platforms. 
  • EDI experience with retail or distribution trading partners.
