In this role, you'll work directly with members and their families, helping them understand available supplemental benefits, answering questions, and providing ongoing support throughout their experience.

As a Remote Member Success Advisor, you'll become a trusted resource for members by providing personalized guidance and outstanding service through virtual consultations.
Meet with members virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Explain available benefit programs and coverage options clearly and professionally
Answer questions and provide personalized support throughout the enrollment process
Assist members with applications and required documentation
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and member information
Resolve concerns efficiently while creating a positive member experience
Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Work from home while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that supports your personal and professional goals.
