What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring candidates receive an exceptional hiring and onboarding experience from first conversation through their first day.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements
  • Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades professionals
  • Experience filling “hard to fill” roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting Commissioning Engineers, QA/QC professionals, inspectors, field engineers, project managers, or other technical professionals
  • Experience supporting data center, commissioning engineering, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, and/or industrial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with background checks, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
  • Experience recruiting for travel-based or project-driven positions
