As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them through every step of the process.
Meet with clients using Zoom and other virtual communication platforms to understand their goals and recommend personalized solutions.
Develop expertise in supplemental benefits and financial protection programs while helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Deliver exceptional service by creating trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication.
Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and training designed to help you build a successful long-term career.

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, call centers, or leadership is beneficial—but not required. We welcome motivated professionals from all backgrounds.
