What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

  • Explain products and services clearly and professionally

  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Support working families by helping them understand available financial protection benefits

Professional Development

  • Participate in structured virtual training and coaching

  • Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills
