What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll connect with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Support Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
  • Review benefit plans and explain available solutions
  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
  • Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
