  • Manage employee relations intake with the ER team, conduct preliminary fact-finding for inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the Director, HRBP as appropriate. Assess and triage employee concerns. Support managers with routine performance and attendance concerns and routine disciplinary actions.

  • Support managers with performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and managerial training. Support geographically dispersed employees and leaders across multiple states; recognize when state-specific employment requirements require escalation; build relationships with frontline leaders who may not work in traditional office settings; support organizational changes, workforce transitions, and position changes; and monitor HR trends across regions and escalate recurring concerns.

  • Ensure consistent application and execution of HR policies and procedures. Assist in communicating and implementing new or updated company policies to the workforce.
