We believe everyone has a right to literacy, and that as educators, we have an obligation to deliver. We believe every student deserves to be taught literacy in a way that works for them, no matter who they are, where they live, what level they are at, and what learning challenges they face. We believe every teacher deserves the support they need to teach literacy confidently and effectively. We know that literacy is fully within reach for the vast majority of learners (both students and teachers) when instruction is based on the science of reading—with sound methodology; with engaging experiences supported by innovative, committed experts; and with a focus on the value of each individual learner. We’re Lexia. We’re all for literacy because literacy can and should be for all.

  • Own the technical specifications process and documents across all online systems. Work closely alongside program managers, clients, and system technical managers to ensure that technical specification documents capture client expectations and support the successful delivery of the program.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) of online systems in coordination with program managers and system technical PMs.
  • Triage and troubleshoot case escalations and inquiries effectively and autonomously answer client inquiries about system behavior and capabilities accurately
  • Acquire product-level knowledge sufficient to perform these job duties.
  • May personally make or oversee the completion of system configuration changes, in coordination with system tech PMs and following CAI production change control management processes.
  • Lead risk management activities. Work with system leads, program managers, and client personnel to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Own large-scale system deliverables involving multiple applications. Be responsible for planning, schedule, impact analysis, and deployment of these releases.
