As part of our commitment to innovation and data-driven decision-making, the Global Digital Network organization serves as a key growth driver, delivering enterprise-wide digitized solutions. 

This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Director, Global Intelligence Measurement Models & Analytics Frameworks, you will lead the design and implementation of digitally enabled, scalable measurement systems and advanced analytics frameworks. These systems will integrate consumption and purchase data to deliver holistic, modernized diagnostics and insights that drive consistent comparability and operational excellence across the Coca-Cola system. You will partner closely with domain leads in Marketing Human Insights, Marketing Performance, Categories, Commercial, RGM and other network cross-functional partners in Global and OU Marketing and Commercial Teams and external partners to develop innovative, technology-driven approaches to consumer and shopper insights, ensuring the delivery of actionable intelligence that supports business objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Measurement Models and Analytics Frameworks Development 

  • Design and implement digitally enabled, industry-leading measurement systems that integrate consumption and purchase data for consistent comparability and holistic diagnostics. 

  • Develop, validate, and support the implementation of advanced statistical, econometric, and machine learning models to drive powerful insights across the purchase-to-consumption pathway. 

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of models through rigorous testing and validation. 

Technology and Advanced Analytics Leadership 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data, research, analytics, and human insights experts to drive a transformation agenda for connected consumer and shopper marketing data. 

  • Integrate AI and machine learning into traditional research methodologies to automate processes and enhance capacity for learning and foresight. 

  • Promote the adoption of cutting-edge, technology-enabled solutions across the organization to enhance data fluency and user satisfaction. 

Partnerships and Collaboration 

  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with leading digital research agencies and data providers to foster innovative approaches to consumer and shopper insights. 

  • Work closely with the Global Consumption & Purchase Protocols Intelligence team to design, curate, and test technology-enabled consumption and purchase protocols. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align measurement systems and analytics frameworks with organizational goals. 

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement 

  • Promote transparent discussions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing data across categories, brands, and commercial functions. 

  • Build capability and drive awareness and training to enhance data fluency and user satisfaction of integrated and comparable measurement protocols and systems. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Functional Skills 

  • Measurement and Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of consumer and shopper research techniques, technology-enabled tracking methodologies, and the complete data ecosystem lifecycle. 

  • AI Enabled Advanced Analytics: Expertise in developing statistical, econometric, and machine learning models to drive actionable insights. 

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to apply new technologies to operationalize briefs and create future-ready measurement systems. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to articulate cross-functional objectives to senior management and develop diverse network partnerships. 

  • Innovation and Transformation: Track record of driving adoption of cutting-edge solutions and services across a global organization. 

Experience 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer and shopper research, with at least 5 years in technology and digital agencies. 

  • Agency experience in consumer and shopper tracking management and data analytics, including developing statistical, econometric, and machine learning models. 

  • Experience working in a complex, global environment, leveraging teams of internal and external resources. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
