Part Time Dietician

Fidelity is seeking a Part Time Clinical Dietitian / Licensed Dietitian to support clinical nutrition-care processes including supporting therapeutic diets, malnutrition prevention, interdisciplinary team collaboration, maintaining records, and supporting survey readiness nutrition  for a 90-bed long-term-care facility.

JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Completing medical nutrition assessments; developing/updating care plans; reviewing high-risk residents; documenting interactions; counseling residents/legal representatives; participating in admissions, significant-change, annual and quarterly reviews and monthly weight/wound meetings; provide staff education; participate in surveys; review/approve dietary operations, policies and menus

REQUIREMENTS

Dietitian must be certified licensed /certified as a Dietitian in good standing in any US state 

Must have at least three years of verifiable similar service experience. 

HOURS of COVERAGE

Part-time/intermittent consultant coverage. Approximately 32 hours per month. Approximately 32 hours per month, or about 384 hours per year. One eight-hour on-site day per month is preferred from a 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. operating window, excluding holidays/weekends, with attendance at planned meetings and one preferred eight-hour on-site day monthly.
