Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) em Direito para apoiar nossas rotinas de gestão contratual, societária e de compliance, atuando em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador no setor financeiro.

Nesta posição, você será o ponto de conexão entre as demandas internas das nossas áreas e a equipe jurídica externa. Mais do que dar suporte operacional e manter nossa agenda jurídica em dia, você terá uma imersão prática e acelerada no dia a day jurídico do mercado financeiro, participando ativamente da revisão de contratos, pesquisas jurídicas e rotinas de LGPD e compliance.

💛 Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar na elaboração, revisão e organização de contratos, aditivos e documentos jurídicos sob supervisão;
  • Acompanhar rigorosamente a agenda jurídica (prazos contratuais, processuais e societários) junto ao escritório externo;
  • Manter o acervo e as pastas digitais da área estruturados, atualizados e de fácil acesso para o negócio;
    Pesquisas Jurídicas: Realizar levantamentos de legislação, jurisprudência e doutrina para subsidiar pareceres e decisões internas;
  • Auxiliar em demandas de conformidade, prevenção a fraudes e adequação à Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados;
  • Atender às rotinas gerais da área (protocolos, controle de correspondências e arquivamento).
