The Vice President, Sales will own new-logo growth for Bill Gosling Outsourcing within the BFIS vertical, with a primary focus on regional and community banks and credit unions. You will build and convert a robust pipeline, leveraging your network and knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and CX/collections to translate our technology-enabled, AI-forward BPO solutions into measurable ROI for clients. You thrive at the intersection of financial services and innovation and are fluent in how nearshore, offshore, and domestic delivery models support regulated financial institutions.What You'll Do:
