Our entire team is remote across the United States, from the West Coast to the East Coast. There will never be a return-to-office, as we have none!

This position's published base salary range is between $115,000 and $140,000 annually plus generous benefits (e.g., For People pays 100% of Gold-tier employee health insurance premiums) and annual company profit sharing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in defining data requirements and support the establishment of data collection, analysis, and reporting standards
  • Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

You Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience with working with a social impact-focused product team or in public interest tech
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and subject matter experts
  • Candidates who have experience writing ETL pipelines and bring along data engineering skills
