Descrição do cargo

O Aprendiz dará suporte em diversas atividades administrativas e operacionais de baixa complexidade, relativas ao departamento ou projeto junto ao qual estiver atuando. O Aprendiz será orientado e acompanhado pelo gestor do departamento ou projeto em questão tanto quanto ao desenvolvimento de suas atividades, quanto ao seu respectivo aprendizado.

Dependendo da área ou projeto em que estiver atuando, o Aprendiz poderá dar suporte no monitoramento de alguns indicadores e atuar na sistematização e manutenção de dados ambientais e projetos de restauração em plataformas de gestão da TNC Brasil, assim como na elaboração de análises e preparação de planilhas e relatórios.

Gradativamente, e priorizando seu aprendizado, o Aprendiz será orientado pelo seu gestor (ou tutor) quanto ao desenvolvimento de suas atividades.

Responsabilidades e Escopo

• Seguir o Código de Conduta da TNC e alinhar-se aos Valores Institucionais.

·Atuar nas atividades administrativas da área, colaborando com a equipe, sempre com supervisão e apoio técnico, incluindo apoio em pesquisas na internet e coleta de dados para relatórios.

·Organizar, arquivar, digitalizar e registrar a entrada e saída de documentos, bem como preencher formulários e atualizar bases de dados.

·Distribuir documentos, correspondências, protocolar, preparar e entregar malotes.

·Realizar atendimento telefônico, anotar recados, fornecer informações sobre serviços e registrar solicitações internas e externas.

·Atualizar cadastros de funcionários e fornecedores, bem como manter informações organizadas e atualizadas nos sistemas internos.

·Conferir notas fiscais, faturas e boletos, garantindo a organização e o correto encaminhamento das informações.

·Auxiliar na organização de eventos e reuniões.

Qualificações mínimas

• Ensino médio completo ou cursando, com idade entre 14 e 24 anos (exceto pessoas com deficiência, sem limite de idade).

• Não estar matriculado em curso superior.

• Boa comunicação escrita e oral.

• Organização, responsabilidade e iniciativa para aprender e apoiar atividades administrativas básicas.

• Disponibilidade para participações presenciais em encontros do time, área ou projetos.

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Médio cursando ou já concluído.

Idioma mínimo: Vontade de aprender inglês.

Qualificações desejadas

• Assiduidade, ser aplicado e apresentar boas notas.

• Orientação para trabalho em equipe, bom relacionamento interpessoal e proatividade.

• Pró atividade para buscar informações.

• Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office (Word, Excel) e Internet, desejável experiência em softwares de manejo de dados.
