As an Associate Change Management Consultant for our Google Solutions Line, you will lead the design, development, and execution of the training and enablement workstream for client change management projects. We will count on you to translate complex technical and process changes into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences, ensuring successful adoption of solutions, particularly those involving Enterprise AI and Google's AI toolset. Along the way, you will get to: 

  • Lead Training Strategy: Design and manage the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines. 
  • Develop Training Content: Independently develop and update world-class, engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, curriculum outlines, job aids, short instructional videos, and digital learning modules) for technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Apply Adult Learning Expertise: Ensure all materials and delivery methods adhere to modern adult learning best practices, driving high engagement and knowledge retention among end-users. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary training Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating directly with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and simplify complex technical concepts into accessible training content.

What we’re looking for

  • Any Bachelor’s D​​​​​​​​egree preferably in Communications or a related field,  
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably within a technology consulting environment or large enterprise setting. 
  • Expert-level understanding and application of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies. 
  • Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle for complex projects, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
