Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of Altera EHR solutions and healthcare industry workflows.
  • Expertise in Windows Servers, MS SQL Server, Azure Cloud, networking, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with database management, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Server Administration, and related technologies.
  • Deploy SSL certificates and conduct post-patching validations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to IIS, application pools, and resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk).
  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts, analyze results, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Perform requirement gathering and technical assessment of inventory.
  • Propose hardware and software requirements following deployment guidelines.
  • Create detailed runbooks for each environment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assess single points of failure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed organizational utilization targets.

Software Support and Development

  • Deliver thorough software support focused on diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with product support and development teams to triage and resolve known application bugs.
