Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of proprietary frameworks and codes for analyzing electrified propulsion technologies
  • Perform modeling activities based on fundamental principles to develop high-complexity models
  • Integrate basic or advanced control logics governing the physical behavior of models within proprietary frameworks and codes
  • Create pre-processing and post-processing tools, providing support in solving issues related to the use of proprietary frameworks and codes

Descrição da vaga

Responsabilidade:

  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de frameworks e códigos proprietários para análise de tecnologias de propulsão eletrificada.

  • Realizar atividades de modelagem a partir de princípios básicos para desenvolver modelos de alta complexidade.

  • Integrar lógicas de controle básicas ou avançadas que regem o comportamento da parte física dos modelos incorporados aos frameworks e códigos proprietários.

  • Criar ferramentas de pré e pós-processamento, oferecendo suporte na resolução de problemas relacionados à utilização dos frameworks e códigos proprietários.

  • Comunicar resultados em apresentações orais e relatórios escritos para Chief Engineers, COEs, engenheiros de componentes e gestores de powertrain.

Qualificações

Qualificações Obrigatórias: 

  • Mestrado em Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Aeroespacial, Industrial ou Automotiva).

  • Experiência prévia no setor automotivo.

  • Proficiência em inglês (oral e escrito).

  • Conhecimento aprofundado de sistemas de propulsão veicular (motores de combustão interna, transmissões, eixos, drivelines, baterias e motores elétricos).

  • Forte conhecimento em estratégias de controle híbrido e eletrificado, bem como em otimização de gerenciamento de energia.

  • Conhecimento em estratégias de Torque Path para sistemas de propulsão híbridos e eletrificados.

  • Conhecimento em ECMS (Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy) para gerenciamento de energia.

  • Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas comerciais, como MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow e GT-Suite.

  • Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) e Microsoft Teams.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em dinâmica de fluidos e transferência de calor.

  • Experiência em controles de produção.

  • Experiência com Git para versionamento de código e fluxos colaborativos.

  • Experiência com testes veiculares ou análise de dados.
