What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Complex Transitional Care Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! The Occupational Therapist leads occupational therapy services by overseeing staff, clinical operations, and service delivery. This role provides clinical and operational oversight, conducts clinical assessments and provides recommendations to support care planning, supports staff development, and ensures services align with standards of practice. This role supports effective rehabilitation services and promotes positive functional outcomes.


On a typical day, you might:


    Leads occupational therapy services and staff.

    Provides clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy staff and support personnel.

    Conducts clinical assessments and provides recommendations to support care planning and member needs.

    Monitors therapy outcomes and functional progress to support effective service delivery.

    Ensures compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.

Qualifications


Required:

    Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and one (1) year of experience working with the co-occurring of physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition population.

    Fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.

    Must have a valid driver’s license.

    Must reside within Trillium’s Mid State Region, which includes the following counties: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond.

    Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

    Supervision of two (2) or more employees. 

    Experience in all three (3) areas listed above.
