Job description

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”.

The Denovo Launch Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful opening of new denovo clinic locations by coordinating operational, administrative, and project related activities throughout the launch process. This individual partners closely with the Launch Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all launch milestones are completed on time, vendors and partners are onboarded, regulatory requirements are met, and clinics are fully prepared for opening day. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support administrative and operational activities for new Denovo launches.

• Set up and manage Amazon Business, Staples, and other operational vendor accounts prior to office opening

• Coordinate ordering of supplies, equipment, and marketing materials.

• Coordinate onboarding and account setup with key partners, including Quest, Labcorp, etc…

• Complete and track business licenses, permits, CLIA applications, and other regulatory requirements.

• Track launch tasks, milestones, and project documentation. • Schedule and coordinate deliveries

• Maintain accurate records and reporting within Smartsheets.

• Drive process consistency and standardization across all denovo openings.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Launch Project Manager to ensure successful and timely clinic openings.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly proactive with excellent follow-through and accountability.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt as priorities change.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint); experience with Smartsheet is preferred.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with external vendors.

• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

• Experience supporting new location launches, office openings, or large-scale operational implementations in a multi-site environment (healthcare preferred)

Compensation Expectation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on years of experience
