The Compliance Professional 2's primary responsibility is completing fraud, waste and abuse reporting, and referrals for government agencies in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Researches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations. Maintains relationships with government agencies. Coordinates implementation and compliance with corrective action plans, as needed. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with data management and reports
Experience with Excel Data Management/Excel expertise
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to travel up to 5%, in order to attend meetings and trainings, as required
Strong attention to detail, especially as it pertains to contracts, proofreading, and reports
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Medicaid experience
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
