Summary

The Webcast Project Managers are a uniquely positioned team within Notified. Not only are they the face of the company when providing end-to end event streaming experience, they also have the technical knowledge to advise our clients on the best approach to deliver ever more complex events.

You will work with our own market-leading streaming platforms to plan, set up, execute, and follow up on the events. Some events will require you to prepare and manage technology and content production onsite. Some events will have you plan and execute the run of show entirely online with speakers from several locations. Every event will have been thoroughly set up and tested to ensure success.

Some days will need extraordinarily hard work. Quite a few days will test your skills and nerves in new ways. Every day will be spent on helping our clients succeed in producing their mission critical communication and with finding ways of making our clients’ business prosper.

Location

This role will be based in our office, located at 4 rue Charras, 75009 Paris. This role offers in person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Manage project timelines and track key milestones and deliverables

• Configure, test, and support webcast and virtual event delivery
• Prepare and upload event content, including presentations, audio, and video assets
• Provide live event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high-quality experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage event contingencies
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in client meetings, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance event success

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Being fluent English and French
• Have previous project management/coordination experience and demonstrable capabilities in managing end to end work projects
• An experience in audio/video production, streaming, computer hardware/software, internet and corporate networks is preferred
• Being creative and have a flair for technology to be able to learn and apply new technologies quickly and with the passion
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications – Photoshop & Premiere Pro - desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and excellent customer service skills
• Enjoy the buzz of adrenaline in a live environment, just as well as the rush of endorphins after a successful event.
• Be structured in your work so that you can cater for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Be self-propelled and be prepared to sometimes pave your own paths for running your projects while being an active part of the local team and tribes as well as contribute to the global teams and colleagues
• More than anything you need to be curious and enjoy finding solutions to situations you have not faced before
