Job description

About the Role

Join an early-stage, AI-native B2B SaaS startup building a consumer intelligence platform that helps enterprise brands make sense of fragmented data at scale. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll work across every layer of the platform — from backend services that process enterprise data to the frontend interfaces that make that intelligence accessible and actionable.

This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. You'll take features from idea to production, iterate directly with enterprise clients, and contribute meaningfully to the product's direction. If you're energized by breadth and see product context as a superpower, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship features end-to-end — backend services in Go/Python and frontend experiences in React/TypeScript

  • Design APIs, data models, and service architectures that support agentic AI capabilities

  • Create intuitive interfaces that translate complex enterprise data into clear, actionable workflows

  • Collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI-driven features to production

  • Own features through the full lifecycle: scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration

  • Work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to understand real-world needs and refine the product

  • Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as the engineering team scales

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production web applications

  • Production experience with TypeScript/React and at least one of: Go or Python

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of features across both frontend and backend systems

  • Experience deploying and maintaining production systems on AWS

  • Track record of broad-scope responsibilities including infrastructure, deployment, or DevOps

  • Proven comfort in early-stage, high-ownership startup environments

  • Strong product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration; able to take a vague problem and ship a solution

Nice to Have

  • Experience building data pipelines or working in data engineering roles

  • Experience integrating LLMs or building agentic AI systems (e.g. RAG architectures)

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, retail technology, or data-intensive products

  • Familiarity with data visualization, real-time systems, or streaming architectures

  • Contributions to developer tooling, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience
