Planned Activities Specialist / Field Service Engineer (Travel Required)

This is a remote position.

• Install and configure diagnostic equipment at customer locations
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software issues
  
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
  
• Coordinate installation schedules and support equipment modifications
  
• Follow quality, safety, and compliance procedures
  

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
  
• 0–5 years of relevant experience
  
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and computer hardware
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
