At Trinity Property Consultants, your expertise fuels our mission. Guided by our values of innovation, teamwork, excellence, and empowerment, we’ve been a leader in the multifamily industry for over 25 years and proudly manage properties for a nationally ranked NMHC’s Apartment Owner. We are building more than great places to live – we’re creating vibrant communities and meaningful careers.
This is not a typical Regional Manager role.
We are seeking a seasoned multifamily leader to oversee a portfolio spanning Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Kentucky. This role is ideal for an experienced Regional Manager who is highly visible in the field, excels at developing teams, drives operational and financial performance, and is willing to travel extensively to support their communities.
The successful candidate will be a polished, hands-on leader with a proven track record of leading diverse portfolios, coaching high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business results. This position requires approximately 75% travel, and candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Memphis, TN; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR; or Shreveport, LA.
If you're looking for a traditional regional role with limited travel, this is not the right opportunity. If you enjoy being in the field, building relationships with on-site teams, solving complex operational challenges, and making a measurable impact across a portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a 30% annual bonus potential, paid quarterly.
