The Project & Content Specialist plays a pivotal role within the People Marketing group, overseeing the development and management of internal and external communications, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives. Focused on a designated geographic region, this role bridges strategic project oversight with creative content execution—ensuring alignment with TaskUs’ brand voice and messaging standards.

Core Responsibilities

Internal Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, write, and proofread high-impact internal communications including newsletters, email blasts, leader announcements, and campaign collateral.

  • Maintain alignment with TaskUs’ messaging standards across all content distributed via internal platforms, including on-site displays and email communications.

  • Work within a defined ticketing and approval workflow, collaborating with Creatives and departmental stakeholders.

  • Draft official brand-aligned scripts and communication spiels for internal use.
     

Project Management

  • Lead assigned Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing projects from ideation to delivery.

  • Create proposal decks and project strategy presentations.

  • Partner with cross-functional departments (Legal, Procurement, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.

  • Liaise with the Creatives team to secure necessary visual assets.
     

Talent Acquisition Marketing

  • Handle incoming marketing requests related to recruitment and hiring for the assigned geographic area.

  • Support local hiring initiatives (e.g., Open Houses, Job Fairs) with marketing materials and campaign coordination.

  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Creatives teams to implement localized hiring campaigns.
     

Key Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, PR, project management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional command of English—both written and verbal.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

  • Experience leading initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and preferably global environment.

  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.

  • Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
