Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building out our design capability for the tools that power our business from the inside out — platform, live casino, and studio operations, as well as the tools our operator partners use directly.
This isn't about designing for players. It's about designing for scale. When thousands of people rely on the same workflow every single day, a small improvement — shaving a few clicks off a repetitive task, clarifying a confusing status flow — adds up to a massive impact across the business. If you love the kind of design work where the ROI is measurable and the problems are real, this is that role.
A well-designed workflow here doesn't just look good; it removes friction at scale. Small improvements compound fast when they're used constantly, by many people, every single day.
You'll work across platform, live casino, and studio tooling depending on the project, partnering closely with product, engineering, and a design team that spans Europe and India.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Own the design of internal and operator-facing tools end to end — from a vague problem statement through to delivery-ready specs.
  • Take ambiguous, undefined business problems and turn them into clear design direction — often with no existing brief or precedent to lean on.
  • Spot when a problem isn't a one-off — and build systemic solutions instead of patching the same issue over and over.
  • Set your own success metrics. Track task time, usage, and adoption, and let real data — not opinion — drive your decisions.
  • Build and scale a design system that grows with a widening product surface.
  • Present your thinking regularly to stakeholders and defend your rationale under real scrutiny.
  • Work directly with the engineers and PMs who bring your designs to life.
  • Help shape direction for other designers touching the same products — no formal authority required, just clear thinking and good instincts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Communication is critical to this role. You'll be presenting, aligning, and defending design thinking on a near-daily basis — with product, engineering, operations stakeholders, and fellow designers. We're looking for someone who can:
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, with a defined point and structure — not open-ended or rambling
  • Respond to challenge or new information with openness and adaptability, not defensiveness
  • Manage stakeholders and cross-functional relationships independently, without needing a hand held — with the executive presence to be trusted in the room.
Beyond communication, you'll bring:
  • Systems and workflow thinking — You naturally zoom out from a single screen to the workflow it's part of — and design for scale, not just for the task in front of you.
  • UX-led craft. You don't need to be the sharpest visual designer in the room, but you do need real UX instincts: setting KPIs, reading usage data, letting behavior — not assumption — guide your decisions. Solid UI and design-system fluency are a given.
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity. No brief? No problem. You can define the problem yourself, scope it, and get moving — this matters more here than in almost any other design role.
  • Genuine curiosity. A real drive to make things better, not just familiarity with tools — Figma is a given, and openness to new tools (including AI-assisted workflows) is a good signal of that mindset, but the curiosity itself is what we're after. We want people with opinions, not just preferences.
**Prior iGaming experience is not required, and we're actively encouraging designers without it to apply. We're especially interested in candidates from B2B or SaaS environments, where working directly with business customers — and navigating ambiguity without a pre-defined brief — tends to be the norm rather than the exception.
We're not looking for someone who checks every box perfectly. We're looking for someone strong and well-rounded across all of the above, with communication and ambiguity tolerance as the areas we weight most heavily.
