About DeepJudge:
Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.
Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.
Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.
At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define how DeepJudge brings its products to market and how customers understand the value of our platform.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, translating customer needs, product capabilities, and marketing insights into compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll define positioning, lead go-to-market initiatives for new products and partnerships, create customer-and sales-facing content, conduct market and customer research, and help shape how DeepJudge is perceived in the rapidly evolving AI landscape for legal professionals.
You'll play a key role in connecting product innovation with customer value, ensuring every launch is backed by a compelling story, strong enablement, and measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Product storytelling & positioning:
You'll define how DeepJudge's value proposition, products, solutions, and partnerships are understood by the market.
Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer needs, product capabilities, and market insights
Translate complex AI and legal technology into compelling customer value for different buyer personas
Build consistent narratives across our website, campaigns, product launches, sales materials, and partner marketing
Continuously refine our messaging based on customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and market trends
Go-to-market strategy:
You'll lead the go-to-market strategy for new product advancements, features, integrations, and partnerships.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring new capabilities to market
Plan and execute launches from positioning and messaging through enablement, campaigns, and post-launch activation
Ensure launches drive awareness, pipeline generation, as well as deal velocity and customer adoption.
Build repeatable go-to-market processes that help DeepJudge scale as we grow
Sales Enablement & Customer Proof:
You'll equip our GTM teams with the stories, assets, and proof they need to win.
Create high-impact customer- and sales-facing assets, including pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, demo narratives, and industry- and vendor insights.
Develop compelling customer evidence through case studies, testimonials, webinars, customer stories, and use cases
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve product adoption, deal quality, and win rates through effective enablement
Product & Growth Marketing:
You'll help customers discover, understand, and adopt DeepJudge.
Own product messaging across our website and other digital channels
Partner with Marketing to create campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
Ensure product launches, lifecycle campaigns, and partner initiatives tell a consistent, compelling story
Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing initiatives over time
Customer & Market Insights:
You'll become the voice of the customer inside DeepJudge.
Conduct customer interviews, market research, and win/loss reviews
Translate customer conversations, product usage, and market trends into actionable insights
Bring customer and market perspectives into product planning, messaging, and go-to-market decisions
Help identify new opportunities for differentiation, product innovation, and strategic partnerships
You're a great fit if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5-8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Solutions Marketing within high-growth B2B saas environment
Experience in marketing complex software products to enterprise customers, ideally AI-powered or data-intensive solutions
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and developing positionings that drives measurable business outcomes
Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical or AI-powered product into clear, differentiated, compelling customer value propositions
Strong customer research and analytical skills, with experience turning insights into actionable GTM strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action—you enjoy building, testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and execution
You’ll stand out if you:
Have experience marketing AI or machine learning products
Have experience selling into enterprise legal, professional services, or other knowledge-intensive industries
Are familiar with legal workflows, knowledge management, document management systems, or enterprise search
Have experience bringing integrations, partnerships, or ecosystem products to market.
What you can look forward to:
At DeepJudge, you'll join a team that's redefining how legal professionals access and apply institutional knowledge with AI.
As one of our first dedicated Product Marketing hires, you'll have the rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, influence how we bring products to market, and work across every part of the business, from Product and Engineering to Sales and Customer Success.
You'll work with world-leading law firms, launch category-defining AI capabilities, collaborate with an ambitious and supportive team, and see the direct impact of your work on customers and company growth.
