Working closely with software engineers, product owners, and scientific teams, you will design and implement scalable test automation solutions that help deliver high-quality releases with confidence. What Youβll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and cloud-based applications.
Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Implement and promote Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage and cross-functional collaboration.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and document defects with clear and actionable information.
Continuously improve automation processes, frameworks, and testing tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile development ceremonies.
Maintain a strong focus on quality, customer value, and system reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay current with emerging testing technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
What We Look For
3+ years of experience in automated software testing.
Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies.
Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for test automation development.
Strong understanding of software development principles and modern testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
