Job description

Are you highly organized, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support? We are seeking a Total Waste Administrator - Document Destruction to support our Secure Document Destruction (Shredding) business unit. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive customer satisfaction, support revenue growth, and deliver data-driven insights that help grow the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Support customer accounts, service requests, and day-to-day business operations.
  • Analyze customer data to support RFPs, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and strategic account planning.
  • Prepare month-end customer reports and maintain business dashboards.
  • Monitor customer contracts, vendor relationships, and whitespace opportunities for account growth.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support retention, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with new customer implementations, product rollouts, and strategic customer meetings.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Travel periodically (typically once per month or every other month) for 3 to 7 days at a time to support sales teams, customer implementations, business reviews, and key account initiatives.

  • What You'll Bring:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales support, account management, operations, customer success, or administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time, including occasional multi-day trips to support customer and sales activities.

  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed, typically once per month or every other month for periods ranging from 3 days to 1 week.
