Job description

Join Luna's growing Credentialing team and play a key role in ensuring healthcare providers are fully credentialed and ready to deliver exceptional patient care. As a Therapist Credentialing Associate II, you'll manage the end-to-end credentialing process, working closely with therapists and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards. How you will have an impact
  • Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for assigned therapists.
  • Review credentialing documents and complete primary source verifications.
  • Ensure credentialing files meet internal, payer, partner, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, CAQH, CMS, and other credentialing systems.
  • Communicate with therapists regarding missing documentation, discrepancies, and application status.
  • Identify and resolve credentialing issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Partner with Enrollment, QA, Therapist Success, and other teams to support timely onboarding.
  • Participate in department and cross-functional projects.
  • Adapt to changing workflows, policies, tools, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to quality reviews, audits, and process improvements.
  • Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing to Credentialing Associate I team members.
