  • Coordinate updates across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Executive Project and Initiative Support

  • Provide project-management support for strategic firm projects, including milestone tracking, tracker management, status reporting, and risk and dependency identification.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned with leadership intent, expectations, and timelines, translating strategic projects into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Triage priorities and manage competing demands to keep the leadership team focused on the highest-impact activities; partner closely with Administrative Business Partners to optimize calendars and follow-ups.
  • Lead change management efforts for key firm initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking to ensure new processes and priorities take hold.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Maintain visibility into performance metrics and progress against key priorities.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform leadership decisions.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that keep the leadership team consistently prepared, well-informed, and proactively aware of upcoming issues and priorities.

Meeting and Operating Cadence Support

  • Own agenda development, pre-read preparation, content development (including PowerPoint decks) for the firm’s leadership meetings, annual offsite, and Town Halls, partnering with the Administrative Business Partner team on schedule and logistical coordination.
  • Capture and distribute clear, well-structured meeting notes with ownership and next steps.
  • Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats to improve consistency and efficiency across the firm’s cadence.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a coordination point across teams for leadership requests, information needs, and updates.
