  • Lead the end-to-end process of proactively planning, implementing, and delivering global scientific trainings aligned with medical and organizational priorities.
  • Design and implement global scientific learning strategies that deepen expertise and prepare teams for the evolving therapeutic landscape.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-quality scientific training content and materials internally, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and scientific rigor.
  • Lead new hire and new-to-product onboarding, ensuring teams are equipped with a strong foundation in disease state, treatment landscape, data, and strategy to be effective in their roles.
  • Serve as a lead in scientific training, helping shape the long-term vision of scientific education and positioning training as a driver of organizational excellence.
  • Introduce new approaches, tools, and technologies (e.g., digital platforms, modular learning, peer-to-peer exchange) to create engaging and impactful scientific training.
  • Champion a culture of continuous scientific learning within Medical Affairs, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and scientific leadership development.
  • Adapt scientific training to diverse geographies and functions, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of global and regional medical teams.
  • Some travel may be required (approximately 20%).

Qualifications:

  • A professional degree of Pharm.D., or MD/DO or PhD in a relevant medical science field (eg, biology, chemistry, pharmacology) with 5 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience.
  • Understanding of learning methodology and design.
  • Excellent technical writing, oral, presentation, and project management skills and the ability to search, critically analyze, and summarize scientific literature.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the legal and regulatory guidelines affecting promotion of prescription products.
  • Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
