Job description

JOB OVERVIEW: 

The Verifications Representative plays a key role in supporting the processing of prescription product orders by ensuring customer licensing information is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable federal and state regulations. This position partners with customers, sales, and internal teams to facilitate account setup, support order processing, and help maintain the integrity of licensing and customer account records.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Verify applicable Federal and/or State licensing documentation to release customer orders for prescription products.

  • Contact customers via email and phone to verify additional information as needed.

  • Review and activate new customer accounts and for reviewing potentially fraudulent orders and communicating with external departments as needed.

  • Document and update customer license information to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Interact with Sales team and other internal divisions regarding customer orders for prescription products.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Very good telephone etiquette and effective dispute resolution.

  • General computer skills and ability to learn applicable computer systems.

  • Ability to clearly document details of customer licensure information

  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Very good attention to detail and accuracy

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 1 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:  

General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.

TRAVEL/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $35,093 - $54,834 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

  • At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a incentive not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
