Data-Focused Project Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data-Focused Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of key projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. Experience with Business Intelligence or Software Development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management activities and help ensure timely project delivery.
• Use different tools to analyze and visualize data for actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and support decision-making.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes as needed.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases, data validation, or reporting concepts is a plus.

• Proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is required.
