Labcorp is seeking a fully remote HR People Services Specialist to join our team in Poland.

Work Schedule:

This is a 2-year temporary contract with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR related inquiries via a Case Management System and Live Chat. This includes but not limited to:

    • Supporting global leaders with their complex inquiries related to Workday system, recruiting, compensation, performance management, etc.;

    • Providing high-quality customer service to EMEA regional employees and leaders regarding their questions related to payroll, benefits, leave management, document creation, etc.;

    • Handling requests in a timely manner according to procedures;

    • Understanding the customer’s issue and ensuring that the necessary action is carried out to resolve it;

    • Resolving a high percentage of requests at first point of contact through the use of the robust knowledge base and Desk Side Procedures in place.

  • Providing HR administrative support for Switzerland and Spain;

  • Partnering with other HR teams;

  • Identifying solutions for trends or inefficiencies and contributes to global projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 or more years of customer-facing Human Resources experience;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Very good command of English and French; any other language is a plus (Dutch, German, Spanish, etc).

Additional Job Standards:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;

  • Customer focus, diligence and attention to the details;

  • Good time management and organizational skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;

  • Experience with Workday system or Service Now is a plus;

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
