About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Traffic Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and flow of creative work across Packaging, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and Print projects.

Working closely with the Associate Creative Director and a team of Graphic Design Specialists, you will manage incoming briefs, coordinate resource allocation, balance team workloads, and ensure creative projects move efficiently through the production process. Acting as the central point of coordination for creative operations, workflow management, and project delivery, you will help ensure the team operates effectively across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This role is ideal for a creative operations or traffic management professional who enjoys bringing structure to creative workflows, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and enabling creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and at scale.

What You'll Do

Traffic & Resource Management

∙ Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director and Graphic Design Specialists to manage creative workflow and project delivery.

∙ Review, prioritize, assign, and track incoming creative briefs across Packaging, POSM, and Print projects.

∙ Coordinate workloads across the design team based on skills, capacity, deadlines, and business priorities.

∙ Monitor resource allocation and team utilization to ensure balanced workloads and efficient project execution.

∙ Identify and proactively address scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and project risks.

∙ Maintain visibility of all incoming, active, and completed creative requests through project management platforms such as Asana.

∙ Prepare regular reports on project status, team capacity, resource allocation, and workflow performance.

Creative Workflow Coordination

∙ Own and coordinate the end-to-end creative production workflow, from intake and briefing through to final delivery.

∙ Ensure all briefs are complete, accurate, and clearly communicated before entering production.

∙ Monitor project progress, key milestones and deadlines across Packaging, POSM and Print projects.∙ Track progress closely and proactively escalate risks, delays, or resource challenges.

∙ Ensure stakeholder feedback is gathered, communicated, and implemented efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

∙ Support continuous improvement of creative processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

∙ Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project coordination within the creative team.

∙ Communicate project priorities, timelines, updates, risks, and delivery expectations to stakeholders.

∙ Facilitate discussions regarding priorities when competing business demands arise.

∙ Ensure alignment between business requirements, creative priorities, project timelines, and team capacity.

∙ Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director on workload planning, resource management, and delivery objectives.

∙ Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Production, and Commercial teams.

Creative Operations & Quality Assurance

∙ Ensure adherence to creative, brand, production, regulatory, and operational requirements.

∙ Maintain project documentation, workflow standards, asset governance processes, and file management systems.

∙ Monitor delivery quality, consistency, and operational compliance across creative outputs.

∙ Provide day-to-day coordination and support to Graphic Design Specialists.

∙ Coach team members on workflow management, prioritisation and best practices.

∙ Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across the creative function.

What We're Looking For

∙ Proven experience in Traffic Management, Creative Operations, Resource Management or Project Coordination.

∙ Experience working within Packaging, Print and Retail POSM environments.

∙ Experience coordinating Packaging, Print, POSM, retail marketing, or creative production projects.

∙ Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and workflow management skills.

∙ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

∙ Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

∙ Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination capabilities.

∙ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

∙ Experience using workflow and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Workfront, or similar platforms.

∙ Understanding of print production, packaging development, POSM production, and creative asset delivery processes.

∙ Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Figma.

∙ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
