The Opportunity
This role is an excellent opportunity for entry‑ to mid‑level assembly professionals to build, refine, and expand precision manufacturing skills while contributing directly to medical devices used worldwide.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members in a highly collaborative, team‑focused environment, assembling medical devices and sub‑assemblies to exacting quality standards. Every step of the process matters, and your craftsmanship plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety and product reliability.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble medical device components and sub‑assemblies using hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers
  • Perform assembly and soldering activities by following detailed work instructions and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Accurately complete production transactions in the ERP system and document required manufacturing data
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
  • Identify and communicate non‑conformances to senior technicians, quality personnel, or engineering staff
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements
  • Follow documented procedures supporting FDA quality regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and internal quality objectives
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with assembly, soldering, or inspection in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment preferred
  • Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 and/or IPC J‑STD‑001 standards is a plus
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a tight‑knit production team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

Work Location:
This position is on‑site at our manufacturing facility in Olathe, KS.
This is not a remote role.  Relocation assistance is not available.
