Job Description

The position consists in developing the sales and managing the sales projects within the target market/segment in the defined region. Developing and maintain strong customer relationship and network.

  • Organize, lead and manage the sales to customer and projects in your region, including setting the sales objectives and forecast for your key accounts
  • Maintaining/ entertaining and improving the relationship with existing customers in the target market/segment combinations in the allocated sales area
  • Creating / proactively searching new project leads and new customers (key accounts) in the target market/segment combinations
  • Specifying our products and solutions with the target customers and making sure the specifications are maintained along the whole sales cycle
  • Establishing the optimal workflow / way of working for each project 
  • Mobilizing project teams internally according to the specific project needs
  • Managing the relationships with all internal and external stakeholders of the sales projects
  • Analyzing the projects specifications and conditions and ensuring compliance with our processes
  • Influencing projects specifications when our products are not specified
  • Planning, following up and controlling the activities for each project steps
  • Planning and coordinating tender/offer preparation with the relevant departments/ services
  • Preparing final tender documents and presentations, while ensuring that all approvals have been received internally
  • Preparing commercial presentations
  • Attending business meetings (in Nordics and abroad) when needed
  • Organizing and leading customers visits and training courses in Nordics and abroad
  • Proposing pricing to the General Manager, monitoring and controlling pricing and margins on allocated projects to optimize result.
  • Updating the Project Pipeline in CRM minimum on weekly basis

Qualifications

Additional Information

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales position preferably in the lighting, IT, technology or service industry. Solution driven sales.
  • Preferably having previous experience in a sales position of selling solutions to the Public sector.
  • Proven track records in sales to municipalities, Trafikverket, electrical contractors and installers, electrical wholesalers, construction companies and power utilities
  • Having an extended professional network within electrical consultants and Urban lighting designers
  • Extended knowledge of the lighting market dynamics and digitalization focus.
  • Experience in sales project management

Languages :

  • Swedish : native
  • English : perfect knowledge
  • Any additional Nordic language is an asset

 

Computer skills :

  • MS-Office : Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Use of ERP and CRM system
