DuraServ is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who takes pride in accurate inventory, clean fabrication, and a work environment where every part is where it's supposed to be.
DuraServ's Private Label Distribution operation in Phoenix, Arizona supplies commercial door and dock components to service teams and key accounts across the country. The Warehouse Specialist is the person who makes sure those components are received correctly, assembled to spec, packaged accurately, and staged for shipment without a single error that creates a problem downstream.
This is a hybrid role — part fabrication and assembly, part inventory management, part order fulfillment, part forklift operator. You'll insulate door sections, build specific components, verify counts on inbound deliveries, pull and stage outbound orders, conduct cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and operate warehouse equipment safely. Every task connects to a customer commitment somewhere down the line.

Please note: This is NOT a remote role. This position is on-site at DuraServ's PLD facility in Phoenix, AZ. Forklift certification, scissor lift certification, OSHA 30, fit for duty, and DOT clearance are all required conditions of employment.
