Xformative - Client Project Manager

Xformative Payment Systems is a late stage start up that was conceptualized and established to offer card based and payment product capabilities associated with healthcare and benefits. We are looking for an experienced Client Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding and implementation of new client contracts from project kickoff through go-live.

 As our first Project Manager of Client Implementation, you will have the opportunity to help shape the implementation function. You'll establish best practices, processes, and create a client focused function that delivers an exceptional experience while driving operational excellence.

Working closely with all internal and external stakeholders, you'll serve as the central point of coordination throughout each implementation, ensuring projects remain on schedule, stakeholders stay aligned, and every milestone is successfully achieved.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management, client implementation, operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

• Payments
• Card programs
• Financial services
• Banking
• Financial technology (FinTech)
