You will sit at the center of our collaboration with cross-functional partners in integrate marketing, setting the direction and connecting the dots, while our partners bring their craft to execution. The right person is deeply collaborative, creatively confident, and just as comfortable talking retail impact as talking culture.
JOB DUTIES:
BRAND STRATEGY AND DIRECTION
- Own the brand strategy and campaign vision, translating brand positioning into clear direction that guides the whole team
- Write sharp, inspiring creative briefs that set integrated partners up to do their best work
- Shape brand moments and mini moments, from tentpole activations to reactive cultural plays, and keep every touchpoint laddering to one idea
- Serve as steward of brand voice, visual identity, and positioning consistency across all consumer touchpoints
A-LIST PARTNERSHIPS AND MEDIA SUPPORT
- Support A-list and celebrity partnerships for the brand, from identifying the right fit through strategy, and steward these relationships end to end
- Lead day-to-day management of our awareness media agency, briefing, plan evaluation, and holding partners to a high bar
- Partner with the Integrated Marketing team as they activate campaigns across social, owned ecommerce channels, influencer, and gifting, aligning on strategy, timing, and measurement
COLLABORATION AND BRINGING CAMPAIGNS TO LIFE
- Be the connective tissue across brand, integrated, ecommerce, cross-functional, and external partners, keeping everyone moving toward the same idea
- Bring a strong point of view on what great looks like and champion the work through development, without needing to own every execution yourself
- Champion test-and-learn behavior across the team: pilot fast, read signals, scale what wins
- Be the brand filter on actionable cultural moments and bubble up opportunities that feel aligned to brand ethos
BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS AND RETAIL IMPACT
- Stay grounded in the numbers: track brand health, velocity, and share using syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen/SPINS) and consumer insights, and use them to shape strategy
- Understand how brand and campaign work shows up at retail, and connect marketing activity to velocity, distribution, and business outcomes
- Ability to use data to drive flavor innovation recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functionals to commercialize new SKUs and LE products
- Partner with sales strategy and category management to develop compelling sales stories on brand strategy, product initiatives, and campaigns
- Keep the full program accountable to brand positioning and to the business
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in CPG or a consumer brand, with a track record of driving strategy and campaigns
- The instincts of a modern marketer paired with real business fundamentals: you can move fluidly between a creative review and a syndicated data deep-dive
- Strong understanding of retail impact and how marketing connects to velocity, distribution, and the P&L
- Experience supporting celebrity or macro influencer partnerships and managing external agencies day to day, including briefing, plan evaluation
- Working fluency in awareness media (video, audio, OOH, paid social) and how it is planned and measured
- Understanding of social platforms and creator culture
- Exceptional collaboration skills; you win through the team, setting direction and empowering partners rather than doing it all yourself
- Strong written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to senior leadership

- The ultimate team player: highly collaborative, generous with credit, and energized by building something with others
- Able to flex creative and set a strong brand vision, while staying grounded in strategy and the business
- Genuinely curious about culture, food, and wellness, and tuned in to what consumers actually care about
