What We're Looking For
Cross River is seeking an experienced L&D Consultant (Associate, Learning & Development - Temporary) to partner with our Talent Management team to help build, launch, and elevate Talent initiatives and programs (e.g., professional development workshops, AI upskilling, a global recognition program). The position reports directly into our Head of Talent Management. We are looking for candidates who can build relationships quickly, drive for results, are resourceful, strong problem solvers, and passionate about Learning and Talent development.
