RMS is a global sales team focusing on Risk Management Solutions covering various Corporate clients across different industries and sectors including Multinationals and Local Corporates

Your key responsibilities:

  • The salesperson will work with the respective teams and regional partners to grow the corporates business (across Flow business, Asset side, Liability side, ALM solutions, Funding solutions) across client categories in Korean market.
  • Detailed understanding of client’s execution model and risk management policy to provide suitable and appropriate FX/Rates solutions
  • Drive new business acquisition within the coverage base, promote DB-supported platforms aligned to client requirements, manage origination and onboarding in line with DB policies, and support day-to-day trade execution.
  • Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up
  • Cultivate relationships with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication with clients and ensure we are delivering the full suite of solutions

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in corporate sales with deep knowledge of Korea Local Markets, client requirements, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong understanding of FX and Rates markets and products
  • Fluency in Korean & English (spoken and written)
  • Strong networking / communication skills
  • Ability to interact and fit into a regional / global team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent self-drive and motivation
